All designs created by Victoria illlustrated

• Full payment is required before any design work commences

• Sold as seen, due to customisation no refunds

• Client holds full copyright and can trademark designs under their name

• Any rejected concepts remain copyrighted property of Victoria Illustrated and may be used in future projects/ for other clients

• For continuity and to protect original artist reputation any alterations & additions must be made by contacting Victoria Rodgers at Victoria illustrated

• Commissioned digital designs maybe used on screen or printed on paper goods, merchandise

• To ensure quality, Brand consistency,design continuity and to protect original artist reputation original design must not be altered/ adapted/ recoloured/ recreated/ added to by customer or 3rd party

• To ensure quality, Brand consistency,design continuity and to protect original artist reputation original design alterations & additions must be made by contacting Victoria Rodgers Creates

• Designs created as part of a logo/ along with other design elements ie wordmarks come as a 'branding wardrobe' and must not be used in conjunction with an alternative design by customer or 3rd party *design elements not to pulled apart and passed onto a 3rd party to be added to new designs

• Sold as seen,  due to customisation no refunds

• Client holds copyright to overall design

• Character signature style remains full copyright 2015 -  2026 Victoria illustrated

• Original character design must not be altered/ adapted/ recoloured/ added to by customer or 3rd party

• Characters can be added to existing logos or other text with prior permission

• Alterations & additions must be made by contacting Victoria Rodgers at Victoria illustrated

• Digital designs maybe used on screen or printed on paper goods, merchandise etc

• Customised Characters are designed for personal use or to promote your business, must not be resold/ share for free as they are, must not be used to create new product without prior permission from Victoria Rodgers at Victoria illustrated, created as part of a logo come as a branding set and must not be used in conjunction with an alternative design by customer or 3rd party

Regular Monthly Design with Victoria illustrated

• You/ the customer is responsible for setting up and sending monthly payment, Victoria illustrated will send a monthly reminder and receipt for your records

• If there is a delay in payment they may be a delay in designing or if there is no payment by the end of the first week they will be no design provided that month

• If you have paid but your design request is not provided within the first week there maybe a delay in receiving final designs

• Design request can alter anytime, payment must be adjusted accordingly

• You can take a break or cancel anytime but you must inform Victoria illustrated well in advance
