Monthly Graphic Design Process with Victoria illustrated

Thank-you for choosing to work with me on a regular basis, this will save you precious time & faffing.

encourage organisation (I do need you to plan your designs in advance)
ensure consistency in your overall brand visuals

WHAT DESIGNS CAN Vi SUPPLY EACH MONTH?
I can draw up social media posts, Facebook/ social media platform cover pics, business stationery items, editable Canva templates, fresh packaging design...bits & bobs you spend valuable time on each month that I can do for you instead. *REMINDER THAT VICTORIA iLLUSTRATED DOES NOT SUPPLY PHYSICAL ITEMS

HOW DOES 'MONTHLY DESIGN TIME WITH Vi' WORK?

In the first week of the month send me your design info (I work a month in advance to give me time to complete and you time to schedule/ print/ promote etc. For example designs needed for February are to be provided in January, for seasonal items you may need to plan further ahead in advance)
In the first week of the month I should also receive your monthly payment between the 1st & 5th of the month. *If there is a delay in payment they may be a delay in designing or if there is no payment by the end of the first week they will be no design provided that month
I will draw up, send proof and supply your design with-in the first 2 weeks of the month
You can take a break or cancel anytime but you must inform me well in advance

HOW DO I BOOK 'MONTHLY DESIGN TIME WITH Vi'?
STEP 1. Decide what designs would free up your time by handing them over to me.
STEP 2. Fill in the 'Monthly Design With Vi' form below to get booked in.

STEP 3. I will reply with request for first months design, give personal quote if needed, provide my bank details and check what month you wish to start.

STEP 4. You will be responsible for setting up a monthly standing order or transferring payment before the 5th of the month.

STEP 5. You will receive a reminder and receipt each month.

£25 ON-LINE COLLECTION - includes a new social media cover, website banner and logo edit

£25 EDITABLE CANVA TEMPLATE COLLECTION #3 - includes max 3 social media posts

£50 EDITABLE CANVA TEMPLATE COLLECTION #9 - includes max 9 social media posts

£100 EDITABLE CANVA TEMPLATE COLLECTION #30 - includes max 30 social media posts

£25 EDITABLE CANVA TEMPLATE #MISC - includes 1 template of your choice ie work sheet, form, item of business stationery (business card. leaflet), roller banner

£25 BUSINESS STATIONERY COLLECTION - includes 1 non-editable item of your choice ie business card. leaflet, roller banner, label design

£25 PACKAGING COLLECTION - 1 non-editable packaging design ie box, bag, belly band (I will need dimensions)

£Personal Quote - I require another graphic design item/ quantity or I need monthly illustration

*Add up your total and confirm price (add £0 if require a personal quote)

I confirm I will set up a standing order/ transfer confirmed amount to Victoria illustrated each month and understand I can alter my design needs at anytime but must alter payment accordingly

*Tell me which date (between the 1st and 5th of the month) you will send payment

I understand that I must send my design details a month in advance (ie designs needed for February must be given to Victoria illustrated in January) with-in the first week of the month and I will receive my designs with-in the first 2 weeks of the month.

I understand I can take a break or cancel my monthly design time with Victoria illustrated at anytime but I must inform her in advance.

I understand if there is delay in payment there will be a delay in receiving my designs or if no payment is sent within the 1st week of the month no design will be received that month.

*STEP 3 : Once submitted Victoria illustrated will request first design info and provide bank details via email . Please tell me which month you will be sending your first payment/ want your monthly design to start.
